About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Training Bookings & Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established, global training and safety organisation based in York.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional environment.
Working closely with internal teams across multiple locations, you will play a key role in ensuring delegates and corporate clients receive a seamless and efficient booking experience.
Key Responsibilities

Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email

Processing course bookings and updating internal systems accurately

Providing professional and timely customer service to delegates and clients

Maintaining booking records, documentation and reporting

Preparing course materials, instructor packs and certificates

Supporting general office administration and operational requirements

Working independently while collaborating with wider remote teams
About You

Previous experience in customer service, administration, bookings or coordination

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems

Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
