Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in line with recipes and standards set by the Head Chef

Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist with menu planning and development, considering seasonal availability and guest preferences

Monitor and manage stock levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients

Support, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff where required

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-volume kitchen

Culinary qualification preferred but not essential with strong practical experience

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Passion for food, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
