Major Recruitment are looking to speak with people who have good experience in Audit and Tax. This person will play a pivotal role in helping our client navigate complex financial regulations, optimize their tax strategies, and maintain financial compliance. You will work closely with clients, analyzing financial data, conducting audits, and providing tax planning and compliance services. This role requires a strong understanding of auditing, taxation, and financial reporting, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Audit Services:
- Perform risk assessment and develop audit plans.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify weaknesses or deficiencies.
- Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to address audit issues and provide valuable insights.
- Tax Services:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Assist with tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CA Qaulified
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
