We are looking for a motivated and organised Trainee Administrator to join our client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support other departments as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous office or customer service experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
