Mechanical Fitter – National Grid Substation Project

£28-£32 per hour (CIS)
Long-Term Contract – Up to 10 Months
We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a major National Grid substation project based at Sellindge Substation in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term contract work with a busy and growing client who has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
The Role:
- Working on a live National Grid substation project
- Mechanical fitting duties within a high-voltage environment
- Immediate starts available, subject to notice periods
- Long-term contract opportunity with consistent work available
Requirements:
- Valid and live National Grid tickets are essential
- Recent National Grid substation experience is required
- Proven experience working as a Mechanical Fitter within industrial or utility environments
- Ability to work safely and effectively on site
