We are looking for a commercially driven Procurement Finance Lead to partner closely with our Procurement and Supply Chain teams in a dynamic, fast-paced FMCG environment.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business-translating sourcing strategies into real financial value, driving cost discipline, and unlocking opportunities across a complex and rapidly evolving supply chain. You will play a key role in influencing decisions, navigating commodity volatility, and delivering sustainable margin improvement.


What You’ll Be Accountable For

🚀 Strategic Finance Business Partnering

Act as a trusted partner to Procurement, providing clear, data-driven insights that influence sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and business decisions.

📊 Driving Cost & Margin Performance

Lead analysis of commodity trends and inflation impacts-translating market movements into actionable financial strategies that protect and enhance margins in a high-volume FMCG setting.

💰 Delivering Sustainable Savings

Own the validation and governance of procurement savings, ensuring robust, credible reporting aligned to financial standards and delivering tangible value to the P&L.

📈 Planning, Forecasting & Insight

Lead budgeting and forecasting for procurement spend, including S&OP inputs, risks, and opportunities. Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly reporting that brings clarity in a fast-moving environment.

✅ Governance & Control

Champion strong financial discipline across procurement processes, including supplier rebates, compliance, and SOx controls-ensuring accuracy and accountability.

👥 Leadership & Capability Building

Lead and develop a Procurement Finance Accountant while elevating financial understanding across procurement and supply chain teams.


What We’re Looking For

🌍 FMCG / Manufacturing Expertise

  • Proven finance business partnering experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or complex supply chains
  • Strong understanding of direct materials, procurement economics, and margin drivers

📊 Commercial & Analytical Strength

  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability

🤝 Influencing & Communication

  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence across functions
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

🎓 Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
  • Experience leading or developing teams
