We’re recruiting General Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Fakenham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Working alongside a supportive team across different production lines
• Helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently
• Processing chemicals safely and following established procedures
• Working towards production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Following all health & safety procedures

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of manufacturing experience – we’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
• Keen to learn and take on new responsibilities
