Daventry, Northants (Located rurally, own transport essential)
Up to £35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm – 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a long established family run business, for an experienced Leisure Vehicle Workshop Technician to join their busy and growing team within the leisure vehicle industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with mechanical skills to work on caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans, ensuring they are fully prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Workshop Technician Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Ensure all work meets company quality expectations and specific customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
- Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, and training days as required
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times
Workshop Technician Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working on caravans, motorhomes, or similar vehicles
- Previous experience in a workshop, mechanical, or vehicle maintenance role
- Hands-on experience carrying out servicing, inspections, and repairs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
