Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Surveyor on a temporary – permanent basis, to join an organisation based in Nottinghamshire.
Duties of the Fire Safety Surveyor role will include, but is not limited to:
- Oversee external contractors to ensure fire safety standards are maintained across residential properties
- Ensure housing stock remains compliant with relevant fire safety legislation and regulations
- Coordinate and monitor fire safety works, ensuring completion within agreed budgets and timescales
- Manage contractor performance, ensuring services are delivered to the required standards
- Assist with the procurement, delivery and ongoing management of fire safety contracts
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and produce reports when required
- Liaise with contractors, internal departments and residents regarding fire safety works and compliance matters
- Identify potential fire safety risks and ensure appropriate remedial actions are implemented
The successful candidate for the Fire Safety Surveyor will have:
- Level 3 in Fire Safety
- Full UK Driving Licence
