In order to be compliant to work, we require all temporary workers to provide the following forms of ID.

Four separate forms of ID must be used, you cannot use the same document more than once.

We cannot place you into work without these. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us to discuss.

1) Right to Work in the UK

This can be one of the following:

  • British Passport (up to 10 years expired adult passport only)
  • British Birth Certificate
  • EU Passport or ID Card – MUST be accompanied by EU Settlement Sharecode
  • Non-EU Passport with in-date visa or Biometrics Residence Permit – MUST be accompanied by Sharecode

2) Proof of National Insurance

  • P45 or P60
  • Tax coding notice
  • DWP letter
  • NI card
  • HMRC letter
  • Official letter of NI
  • Log into Government Gateway account

PAYSLIPS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

3) Proof of Address

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement/letter
  • Official letter
  • Full UK Driving Licence (not provisional)

PROVISIONAL LICENCES AND MOBILE PHONE BILLS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

4) Proof of bank account

  • Bank card (long card number can be hidden if candidate requires)
  • Bank statement
  • Bank letter
  • Screenshot of online account

ALL OF THE ABOVE NEEDS TO SHOW THE ACCOUNT DETAILS AND NAME WHICH NEEDS TO MATCH THAT OF THE CANDIDATE
