Optical Assistant – £26k – Sheffield – Are you looking for a high end independent that will progress you into a DO?

What you will be doing

  • Dispensing to all levels.
  • Working with a team of 10 and a high end independent practice focusing on clinical care and offering premium products
  • Working with the Optom to make sure handovers are done correctly.
  • Working Full time – 38 hours over 5 days including some Saturday work and late nights

What you will need

  • Experience working as an Optical Assistant.
  • Registered with the GOC.
  • Can work well with a team or independently.

Clinical Lead Pharmacist

Senior Clinical Pharmacist – £58k per annum (£27.88 per hour) – Brighton- Are you looking for a Clinical role out of community?

What you will be doing

  • Manage the Clinical Pharmacists in the Dispensary to ensure adequate coverage of staff at all times, to delegate and allocate work as required to ensure all prescriptions and supporting documentation are clinically screened and processed appropriately
  • Be responsible for managing performance and personal development of direct reports, including completion of appraisals and personal development plans
  • Oversight of day to day performance of assigned staff to meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Working 08:30am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday

What you will be need

  • You will need to be registered with the GPHC.
  • Experience working within a UK pharmacy.
  • Minimum two years of experience in leading a Pharmacy dispensing team or service
  • An ambitious attitude and the want to be more than your current position.
