Role Overview: As a Perm Recruitment Consultant specialising in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing talented professionals within the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for permanent positions.
Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement and onboarding.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes within the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a recruitment consultant within the healthcare or social care sector is essential.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent positions.
Strong understanding of the health and social care industry, including relevant legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
