Main Duties:

Work as a 360 consultant with a multitude of clients

Develop business strategies to target new clients

Resource and Interview suitable candidates

Write job descriptions and job adverts

Build your own business portfolio within sectors that interest you!

Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our busy team in Doncaster.

Major Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency and business who have supported clients throughout the UK for 30 years.

Major currently work across temporary and permanent markets and throughout a number of sectors.

Due to ongoing and significant client growth, we’re looking to recruit passionate and hard working staff in Doncaster. Applicants should have previous sales or recruitment experience, with passion about their specialist market and keen to develop your career – we offer excellent opportunities with clear pathways for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with existing industrial clients and responding to their needs.
  • Identifying and developing new business relationships/opportunities.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from Application to Placement (and continuing for the duration of employment for temporary workers).
  • Recruiting, managing and maintaining suitable availability of high quality flexible workers who will meet customer specification and ensure that we can deliver what the customer needs, when the customer wants it.
  • Providing constant and consistent support to both Clients and Candidates.
  • Legal and HR compliant

Essential Skills:

  • 2 years+ Experience in a sales environment.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Confident.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Driving Licence with Car (expenses paid).
  • Must be flexible and comfortable with being on an on-call rota (evening and weekends).
  • Proven sales history

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE DAYS IMMEDIATE STARTS

Major Recruitment – Castle Donington

IMMEDIATE STARTS !!!!!!!!

We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to work for our client in their chilled warehouse based in Castle Donington.

The Role :

  • Picking and packing duties of palletised and trolley loaded goods
  • Loading and unloading of trailers
  • Quality check stock
  • Stock rotation and replenishment as required
  • General warehouse duties as needed
  • In house Counterbalance/Reach truck training for the right candidate
  • LLOP / PPT Training In House

4on 4off – 12 hour Shifts

  • 06:00-18:00

What is Required :

  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A good accuracy level is essential
  • Good numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required.
  • Able to work in a chilled warehouse

PAY :

  • Monday to Friday Days £10.00 p/hour
  • Saturday & Sunday Days £11.00 p/hour
  • Overtime Bonus Paid
