Location: Inverurie

Temp Role: 28th of May – 13th June. Operational hours 6am – 2pm


Previous experience in a hygiene role is preferred.

We are recruiting a Hygiene Operative for our client based in Inverurie. The details for this temp role are found below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest quality hygiene standards in all communal areas of the facility.

  • Ensure cleanliness across office spaces and both male and female toilet and changing room areas.

  • Operate compacting machinery safely and efficiently (training and authoriation required).

  • Cut and prepare cardboard for recycling; manage compacting of cardboard and waste bags.

  • Maintain compactor, cleaning tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in proper working condition.

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and use of floor scrubbers.

  • Handle and apply cleaning chemicals safely.

  • Organise incoming PPE and manage used PPE for collection.

  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed in all work areas.

  • Move, lift, and stack products as needed.

  • Maintain overall facility cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with GDPR, relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, industry certifications (e.g., BRC), and internal QHSE procedures.

Technical Sales Engineer (Electrical & Controls)

An Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering or Equipment sales is available with a growing Tyneside engineering company.

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY

Working within an established and busy commercial team you will be responsible for selling specialist products and solutions to contractors and systems integrators in the Power & Utilities and other sectors across the UK & Ireland

You will be engaged in the following activities

  • Building and managing customer relationships with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for the company to be positioned to win
  • Business Development.
  • Technical sales of existing / new products and solution
  • Promotion & presentations of company products, solutions and expertise.
  • Tendering of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Driving any necessary customer approvals and certifications required for new business.
  • Pre-qualification for opportunities.

Although this role is mainly office based there will be regular travel in the UK & Ireland required for pursuing opportunities and attending meetings and occasional travel to Europe may also be required.

YOUR SKILLS

The ideal candidate will either have some previous experience selling Electrical Automation solutions or have a good technical preferably with an Application Engineering background in control and automation projects and have a strong desire to move into a sales role

An Electrical Engineering qualification would be a strong advantage as would the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities and to market technical solutions and services. Some experience in producing technical and commercial proposals within Power, Renewable Energy or Utilities would also be preferred

This role would suit someone with a good technical background and a desire to succeed in sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to plan and execute sales activities will be key to success.
