You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling billing queries. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing guidance on energy services.

  • Validation of supplier invoices
  • Chasing remittances with suppliers
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve billing disputes
  • Working with tenant recharges
  • Analysing data
  • Logging meter reads with suppliers for accurate bills
  • Building relationships with suppliers and customers in a professional way

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience within the energy industry
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • A positive enthusiastic approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The successful applicant must have an analytic mind, good people skills and high grades in Maths and IT.

They need to be able to work on their own and have previous experience in energy industry.

working cleaning supervisor

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a working cleaning supervisor based in the BEESTON area of LEEDS LS11.

Pay: @ £12.50 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week,

Monday to Friday

1430pm – 2030pm


Candidate Requirements:

  • Cleaning experience
  • Supervisory experience would be of benifit.
  • MUST HAVE UK PASSPORT or Gov share code for non-eu candidates.

Role includes:

  • Working closely with the day time supervisor
  • Supporting and mentoring the evening cleaning team
  • Completing toolbox talks
  • Monitoring work standards
  • Monitoring time and attendance
  • Carrying out HR Meetings should they arise
  • There will be an area to clean but will be a smaller one due to carrying out the above

Weekend Cleaner

£12.50 per hour


Hours/Day4 hours Saturday 4 hours Sunday

Hours – From9am to 1pm



Cleaners are expected to fulfil certain duties and responsibilities. These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets
  • Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters
  • Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
  • Taking out the garbage
  • Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks
  • Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
  • Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and compliance with universal precautions.
