We are currently recruiting 7.5T Drivers on behalf of our client based in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and well-established team within the healthcare logistics sector.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the collection and delivery of medical instruments to and from hospitals. The role typically involves 1 to 2 rounds per day, with a focus on timely and secure transport of sensitive items.

Requirements:
✅ Valid UK Driving Licence (with no more than 6 points – no DR10s)
✅ Valid CPC
✅ Digital Tachograph (Digi Tacho) card
✅ Ideally, 1 year of experience driving a 7.5T vehicle
✅ Good customer service skills and a professional attitude

The Role

This is primarily a warehouse-based role involving the day-to-day handling, movement, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will also support forklift operations when required, therefore a valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential. We are looking for someone with a great worh ethic and a can do attitude.

This position would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as required
  • Having a great work ethic a can do attitude and be willing to get stuck in to any tasks.
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
  • Following all company health & safety procedures
  • Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  • This predomenatly a warehouse role with additional FLT
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
