Major Recruitment are looking for Class 1 drivers (HGV 1) to work for our client based in Marston Gate.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay with consistent full-time work, and genuine long-term opportunity as these are Temp to Perm roles .
The role is delivering heating and plumbing supplies across their branch network. Multi-drop deliveries with curtain-sided tail lift vehicles, delivering palletised goods by either pump truck or FLT – full FLT training offered.
- £21ph – Night shifts starts – 22:00-03:00 Mon-Fri.
- Multi drop – average 2-4 drops per shift.
- Palletised goods
- Handling Pump Truck / FLT
- No weekends or Bank Holidays!
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A valid CE Licence (HGV Class 1)
- DQC Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Excellent communication skills
- No more than 6 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR or CU80 endorsements)
Desireable:
- FLT Licence (can be in house) – preferrable but not essential – full training will be offered.
