We are currently looking for a talent PA/EA to provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative services.

This is a full time / permanent position based in Broxbourne

Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary will be offered DOE (£33K- £3K)

Responsibilities

  • To be first point of contact and provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minuting meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.
  • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
  • To provide support for senior management meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include but not limited to drafting agendas, collating papers, and reports, and following up action points.
  • Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the senior management informed about the work of the organisation and their appropriate training and induction.
  • To plan and manage key organisational events, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required. Other Duties
  • Develop skills and undertake responsibilities as appropriate which will fulfil the purpose of the role and support the success of the organisation.
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with, equality aims, policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Chief Executive to enable them to fulfil their role.
  • Manage the CEO personal matters when required.
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the same or similar role, ideal but not essential.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to balance a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines when needed
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issue

We are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to Support our Client, a unique organization providing a wide range of caring services for children and young people.

This is a full time / permanent position based in Broxbourne

Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary £24k

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the HR Systems , including the day to day management
  • Maintenance of employee and HR Records in line with data protection
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing enquiries into the department
  • Support the employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting the recruitment process
  • Assisting managers in performance management procedures

Crisis Intervention Manager (Childrens Residential Sector)

Crisis Intervention Manager – Childrens Residential Sector – Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30 – £35,000 -£37,000 PA

based in Broxbourne (Herts) flexi remote working also – 2 services based in Hounslow and Oxfordshire and you will need to be on the road 1-2 times per week.

Your role includes:

  • Frontline services working directly with the young people
  • Manage caseloads
  • Attend / Manage LAC review meetings
  • Liaise with our local authority clients
  • Liaise with young people regarding any needs or requirements they may have
  • Obtain daily reports from Supervision team, comprise and send to Local
  • Weekly reviews of the supervisions
  • Risk assessments
  • Building relationships with children/young people to support them build self-esteem and assist in the development of new techniques to improving their
  • To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of each child/young
  • To be required to provide appropriate guidance and support to staff, ensuring they are following Best
  • Managing the supervision Team and completing appraisals, liaising with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and other Head of departments
  • Escalate concerns
  • Ensuring the Supervision Team are up to date with all In House Training to enable them to be deployed in
  • Undertake administrative tasks, maintain effective recording
  • To adhere to appropriate guidelines and
  • To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Report any concerns to the necessary heads of department as soon as possible

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Crisis intervention management – desirable
  • Working closely with local authorities
  • NVQ Level 5 in Childcare would be preferred or Minimum Level 3
  • Understanding of looked after children
  • Flexible to work different days and hours if required
  • Excellent communication, leadership and management
  • Excellent Administrative Skills
  • Full UK clean driving
  • A passion for working with
  • An Enhanced DBS

Contract Type: Full Time Employed

5 days a week – 8 hours per day (Hours may vary) flexible hours including evenings and weekend may be required

Must have use of their own vehicle, business mileage can be claimed.
