Job Title: Class 2 Refuse Driver

Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 06:00 till 14:30

Pre 12 weeks Pay rate: £11.82 per hour PAYE

OT rate: £17.73 per hour PAYE

BH rate: £23.64 per hour Paye

Post 12 weeks Pay Rate: £15.24 per hour PAYE

OT rate: £22.86 per hour PAYE

BH rate: £45.72 per hour Paye

Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Job type: Temp to Perm

We are looking for Class 2 Refuse Drivers for our client based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

The role:

As a Class 2 Refuse Driver your duties will be as followed:

  • Collecting commercial bins
  • Driving a rear end loader bin lorry
  • Managing a crew of 3 loaders
  • Help with the Team to do collections, manual handling will be involved.
  • Happy driving down tight roads

About you:

As a Class 2 Refuse Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid CPC and Tacho Card
  • Delivery Driver experience 6 months (preferred)
  • No DR, DD or IN endorsements
  • Min 6 months or simular role driving experience

The Business Applications Support and Training Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and training to end-users of their ERP Navision system, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing the system’s potential to support their business processes. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all business application users are well trained, mentored and supported to ensure system data accuracy to allow high levels of productivity, and reduce down time. Navision is the system used to support their goods in/goods out processes from a raw materials aspect.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Applications Support and Training Administrator:

  • Provide first-line support for end-users encountering technical issues or requiring assistance with the ERP Navision system.
  • Creating, reviewing and maintaining system SOP and training materials in collaboration with the internal training department and the Business Applications Support and Training Manager
  • Supporting internal project teams as required
  • Collaborate with IT professionals and external vendors to address technical issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure the system’s reliability and performance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the ERP Navision system effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions to educate users on system functionalities, best practices, and workflows tailored to the food industry.
  • Keep abreast of updates, enhancements, and new features of the ERP Navision system and assess their potential impact on business operations.
  • Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements or modifications to optimize system usability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging the ERP system.
  • Maintain documentation, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure accurate and up-to-date resources are available to end-users.
  • Preparation of business cases for application improvements.
  • Liaising, supporting and assisting the Production team as needed.

Skills required to be a Business Applications Support and Training Administrator:

  • Strong understanding of business processes in the food industry, including inventory management, production planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Resilient to change.
  • Enterprise and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Able to manage ambiguity well.
  • Have the ability to build relationships with ease, encouraging a positive team spirit
  • Be flexible, results driven, willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Desirable previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision ERP system in the food industry preferred.
