Sales controller / Showroom Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Sales Controller / Showroom Manager at our award-winning Bury St Edmunds site.

As a Sales controller / Showroom Manger you will be part of a 2 person sales management team.

The objective of the role is to maximise each and every vehicle sales customer enquiry that comes into our business, that may be a walk in customer, a telephone or internet enquiry, a manufacture delivered enquiry or from any of our social media platforms.
You will be the beating heart of the sales department and know at what stage every customer is at in the buying process.
You will introduce yourself early on in the meet and greet to make sure the customers are aware of you role i the business and be there for any questions or queries your sales team may not be able to answer.
You will also be responsible for finance sign ups and make sure the purchase is paid out prior to the customer driving away their new car.

You will also make sure the business is protected by being 100% compliant with Gdpr regulations through auditing all deal files.

Ongoing in house and manufacturer training is training is a definite positive for us we want our people to be the best and training them helps them and ourselves become better and stronger together

What we need form you is:
A full preferably clean Uk driving licence
Motor trade experience at senior sales, business manager, transaction manager or sales manager level.
A full understanding of how the department runs.

Aftersales advisor

My client a motor trade main dealer in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an Aftersales advisor to join their team on the service desk. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.

Motor trade service department experience is required for this role as we need someone to hit the floor running.

You will meet and greet customers discussing their vehicle servicing repair and vehicle warranty needs. Experience of Kerridge crm system an advantage but training will be given.

Working alongside the service team and the department manager to achieve targets and maximise customer satisfaction.

A full uk driving licence is required. The salary is experienced dependent but the Ote will be £30,000 plus. A host of benefits as you would be expected from a great employer.
