Major Recruitment are looking to recruit Picking Production Operatives for our client based in Castle Donington.

As a Picking Production Operative, you will oversee the packing requirements for the production line which specializes in the packing, sealing and dispatch of products all whilst being competent and speed efficient.

Job Expectations:

  • Overall seeing of the Picking and Packing line you’re placed on
  • Checking computerised requirements
  • Daily set up and running of the computer system and start up.
  • Packing and sealing items placing into the correct location for dispatch
  • General Warehouse duties as needed.
  • Must have PPE (Safety Boots)
  • Checking product codes and item specifications

  • Quick-thinking problem-solving skills.
  • Confident to work alone or within a team.
  • Show clear understanding of instructions.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills

Schedule and Pay

  • Day / Afternoon Rotational Shift
  • 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
  • £12.65
  • Monday-Friday
  • X2 20 Minute Paid Breaks
  • Nights fixed shift.
  • 22:00-06:00
  • £14.63
  • Sunday-Thursday
  • X2 20 Minute Paid Breaks

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Payroll Administrator to assist with the expansion of their Business. After training, the role will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, with the other 3 at our Head Office in Castle Donington.

Duties of the Sales Support Administrator include:

  • Preparing and posting high-quality job adverts
  • Adapting and formatting candidate’s CV’s
  • Updating Information/CVs on the Company Portal
  • Collating all relevant documents to meet our Compliance Process
  • Completing reference checks
  • Full Administrative and secretarial support to Consultants/Managers and Directors
  • Temporary worker timesheet processing and entry to CRM systems.
  • Timesheet data input and Payroll completion for all external contractors.
