Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Income Officer to join an organisation based in Chatham on a temporary basis to be responsible for the collection and management of rental income against set targets and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Income Officer:

  • Be responsible for the collection and management of rental income against set targets and procedures
  • Handle enquiries from tenants
  • Be aware of current legislation relating to housing and welfare reform
  • Take appropriate legal action in relation to rent arrears
  • Attend court if necessary

Essential Requirements of the Income Officer:

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a temporary basis for 2 months, to provide a wide range of tenancy services.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Housing Officer:

  • Manage a patch of properties
  • Manage own patch including regular estate inspections and identify any tenancy breaches or general repairs
  • Attend possible court proceedings and support customers who need help to avoid tenancy failure
  • Liaise with third party agencies
  • Deal with ASB

Essential Requirements of the Housing Officer:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS
