Customer Support Co-ordinator

  • Provide accurate and timely response to customer queries, directing to appropriate colleagues as required and using escalation as and when needed
  • Ensure system accuracy from all departments (warehouse / transport etc)
  • Actively particpate in customer engagement and driving continuous improvement
  • Assist in the preparation and management of customer reports and key performance indicators
  • Partake in customer meetings as and when required (monthly reviews / weekly updates etc)
  • Play an active role in the day to day life of our customers from onboarding through to account management
  • Work with cross functional teams including but not limited to transport, warehouse and stock teams to drive development and a customer focused culture whilst ensuring compliance with process.
  • Handling order allocations and amendments and dealing with stock related issues
  • Re-book failed deliveries and follow through to ensure sucessful re-delivery
  • Support with the timely resolution of open NCR’s
  • Respond to both internal and external POD requests

Provide Client Support Operations Manager with weekly summary report

HGV Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful HGV Technician will have recent experience in a similar role with duties including but not limited to;

General Maintenance, servicing & repairs

Fault Diagnostics using a wide range of equipment

Carry out inspections

Complete job cards and inspection sheets

Ensure work is carried out in the agreed time frame

Attend breakdowns

Essential Attributes

  • Methodical in their working practices
  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • Good timekeeper
  • Flexibility as overtime working will be required
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Desirable Attributes

  • Forklift licence
  • First Aid Certificate

Education

  • Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 in HGV maintenance and repairs (or equivalent experience)
  • Commercial class 1 / class 2 license is preferred but not essential

Workshop Assistant

Main Purpose of Job: To assist in the day-to-day maintenance & cleanliness of the workshop, stores and vehicle wash areas.

Accountability

The post holder will be responsible to the Workshop Foreman.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle MOT washes – Outside in all weather conditions.

Assisting workshop technicians

General cleaning of workshop areas (sweeping, tiding)

Collecting, distributing and putting away stock within the workshop/stores area.

General driving duties as licenced

Essential Attributes

  • Good communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to work as a team or use your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Methodical in their working practices
  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • Good timekeeper
  • Flexibility as overtime working will be required
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Desirable Attributes

  • Interest in HGV
  • Forklift experience
  • Previous experience of working in a workshop and/or garage/wash bay

Education

Good secondary education including English and Maths

Monday to Friday 07.00-17.30

Saturday 07.00-13.00
