Details and requirements

  • Full and part time considered (3 – 5 days a week; no weekends)
  • Working hours (9:00am – 17:00pm)
  • Ability to work with others as well as autonomously is essential
  • Qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser (Essential)
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • HCPC registered (Preferred)
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and benefits

  • £55,000 – £85,00 basic salary + exclusive benefits
  • Uncapped commission Scheme – £85,000 + ‘On Target Earnings’
  • Benefits included: Company Car / professional fees / pension / quarterly bonus structure / staff discounts + More
  • 25 days holiday + 8 BH (33 in total)

Work within an established and strong GP Surgery that has a patient demographic of over 15000. This is a well-equipped surgery with Minor Ops as well as a strong Salaried GP team, Partner team and wider multi-disciplinary team.

This practice has a good reputation for staff retention and the leadership are very keen to support interests and help develop your career whether you be newly qualified or experienced, this is a welcoming team to work in.

Benefit from No Home visits, catch up slots, a strong workflow process, clinical support, BMA model contract and more, to make your day to day as smooth as it can be.

Regular daily coffee breaks with the whole team to discuss cases, share ideas and help shape the culture of the whole practice and wider team. On top of this, monthly clinical meetings and an extremely strong, well maintained site to work in.

If you like surfing, hiking, outdoor activities, hot summers and a strong active culture, which regularly go skiing and more together, then this is a team to join! This would suit ex-military GPs, newly qualified GPs or even GPs with a number of years under their belt.
