Hamilton Woods Associates have been engaged by a Coventry based charity to recruit for a Supported Housing Administrator. The purpose of the role will be to act as a concierge and administrator within supported housing accommodation.

The working hours are 8am -5pm.

Responsibilities of the Supported Housing Administrator:

  • Answering incoming phone enquires
  • Ensuring visitors sign in and out
  • Alerting management of any breaches or perceived risk of breaches
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the project
  • Inputting accurate and timely information into the housing management system
  • Preparing invoices, recording payments and expenditure, bank income and managing the projects petty cash
  • Assisting in the administration of the referral process within the project
  • Processing, receiving and redirecting all incoming and outgoing mail including phone calls, emails and faxes to the relevant departments
  • Managing the office diary.
  • Assisting with organising accommodation and travel for staff who work from the office
  • Ensuring that all maintenance issues that relate to the office are appropriately reported and that remedial action is taken
  • Taking an active part in team meetings

Requirements of the Supported Housing Administrator:


  • Literate to write letters, minutes and produce reports to a high standard
  • Experience in producing spread sheets, using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel


  • DBS Basic or Enhanced
  • Experience using QL housing management software
  • Experience working with vulnerable clients

Trade Plate driver – 3.5T – Coventry

These are self employed roles and you will be working on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest growing vehicle delivery companies, whose specialism is the movement of vehicles between dealership locations or direct to customers across the UK.

however some commercial driving experience is necessary

About you:

  • Held your Full UK Driving license for a minimum of 3 years
  • Computer literacy is important
  • You will be organised and able to plan your day
  • You will possess a good geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland
  • Posses excellent communication skills are essential
  • Excellent customer service skills are also key, this is not just a driving role, excellent customer service is the critical element in what you do
  • A good attention to detail
  • Must be of smart appearance
  • You will be confident and able to use public transport
  • Ideally you will have a DBS in place, however this can be actioned as part of the on-boarding process
  • You will be ok working in a Self Employed capacity

You must understand this is not a 9-5, Monday to Friday role 9-5, there will be early starts as you must be at your first delivery by 08:30am, there are no exceptions to this and you will be required to plan your journey accordingly

You will have off-road parking(driveway) or a designated parking bay, road parking is not allowed

No more than 6 points/endorsements allowed for minor offences,

Due to the insurance criteria on this role, applicants must have experience driving within a professional or commercial capacity

Environmental & Sustainability Officer

My client is looking for a talented Environmental & Sustainability Officer (ESO) to identify environmental and sustainability aspects and impacts that will help the business finding risks/ opportunities. Provide support for the site Environmental & Sustainability Manager responsible to deliver relevant initiatives to achieve compliance and beyond as well as providing professional assistance to all departments at its two UK sites. The role will also include working closely with the Division corporate Sustainability Department to assist with the monitoring and measurement of the Sustainability KPI’s.

Quality Assurance Technician – nights

Role and Responsibilities To verify and monitor the production process according to the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Plan. To collect raw material, WIP and finished product samples for internal shelf-life monitoring, microbiological, chemical and organoleptic assessments, following GLP. Undertake GMP and process audits, effectively communicating any potential issues. Audit production paperwork to verify that traceability is achieved throughout the production process, and accurate legible records are completed accordingly. Verification and filing of Production and QA records ensuring these are always easily retrievable. Assist in the investigation of customer complaints, working with the production teams to identify Root Cause. Support and monitor the implementation of agreed corrective and preventative actions. Verifies equipment according to the Calibration Plan, maintains neat legible records and reports equipment out of tolerance. Undertake raw material and packaging intake checks to ensure compliance to specification, raising non conformances where applicable. Undertake environmental monitoring against schedule ensuring results are recorded appropriately and actioned. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From £13.17 per hour Schedule: * 12 hour shift.
