Customer Service Advisor

Major Logistics are recruiting on behalf of our Darlington based client who are actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm contract.

Our client is a leading kitchen specialist throughout Europe, who are part of more than 15 well-known brands.

Duties will include:

  • Co-ordinating the delivery operation on site and on customer premises
  • Record information accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with both customers and colleagues to answer questions and queries
  • General administration duties

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate must have the following skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, as you will be taking incoming calls from customers, clients and drivers
  • Confident working in fast paced team
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel, outlook and word
  • Excellent time keeping and an eye for detail


Monday to Friday:

0800 – 1630 & 0900 – 1730 (rotating weeks)


  • £11.00 per hour Monday to Friday (PAYE)
  • £16.00 per hour Saturday (PAYE)
