We are looking for Multidrop delivery drivers for Supermarket deliveries. The role is 5 days out of 7 and will including weekends. This is for the 0600-1600 or 1600-2300 shift. £12.50per hour the role is based out of the Derby store and the induction will be in Leicester this will be a 4 hour paid induction. Major Recruitment are looking for an experienced Welder based in Derby to join the clients privately-owned business who specialise in steel work in the UK for an immediate start

You will be responsible for completion of fabrication and welding tasks provided by the works manager. The Welder Fabricator will be expected to do a variety of tasks to ensure assigned jobs are completed accurately and efficiently. The role will consist of ensuring correct procedures are followed in order to complete the job safely and completing quality assurance documentation.

Welding Job Duties:

Enforcing health and safety within the workshop to company policy
Ensure a high quality of goods leaving the premises at all times
Using on a day to day basis band saw’s, presses and other metalwork tooling to generate products in line with drawings and specifications
Using MIG welding equipment safely and to produce products in line with drawings and specifications
Storing, handling and using all gas and chemicals in accordance with safety data provided
Achieving fabrication timescales
Complete visual quality inspections
Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures at all times.
Carry out any reasonable requests made by your Line Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to read engineering drawings
Material identification skills
Extensive use of measuring equipment
Good verbal and written communication
Understand problems when they arise and liaise with relevant persons to solve
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
Worked in a previous enviroment with inhouse experience or Certification/ Codings
MIG skills for variety of materials – Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Steel

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday
06:30am-4:30pm
From £14 Upto £17 Per Hour (Based On Experience)
Overtime Paid Time&Half after 42 Hours
1 Hour Break – 30 Mins Paid

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for ensuring that the Company follows best practices in IFRS, tax, and VAT and stays abreast of developments in this field.

This Financial Accountant plays a vital role in managing the risks and opportunities across several European business units. This role offers a variety of interesting challenges, is not simply Financial Reporting, it requires some relationship building with key stakeholders, bringing their ideas and projects to life, whilst keeping them grounded for the business.

Key accountabilities – Financial Reporting Accountant

Support the month-end close and reporting process, ensuring all deadlines are me
Take full responsibility for the international business ensuring all accounting and tax matters are completed in a timely manner.
Complete the cash flow forecast for all of the European businesses on a weekly basis.
Complete the weekly operational information for the Managing Director, providing insightful commentary on any deviations from the budget and forecast
Raise all UK-based invoices for the vehicle and pedestrian businesses
Support the finance team in providing information when requested for audit purposes.
Support the payroll process when required.
Complete all assigned balance sheet reconciliations

Skills & experience – Technical Accountant

Recognisable Financial Professional Qualification, ACA, ACCA
Prior experience of working in a multinational environment, US-owned preferred
Strong MS Excel Skills
High Level of Accuracy
Working in a high-pressure environment with competing time-critical deadlines
Manual reporting systems with high reliance upon Excel
Multinational legislative/tax environment impacting business
