Hotel Room Attendant

We are currently recruiting for Temp to Perm Hotel Room Attendants for our Client on Durham City Centre, working any 5 days from 7 on a rota basis the working hours are 08:00 – 16:00

As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas

* Vacuum rooms and corridors

* Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities

* Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks

* Restock and maintain linen cupboards on daily basis

* Report missing or damaged furniture / items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and own the responsibility to ensure that the items are replaced or repaired

* Ensure that all equipment within the Guest bedrooms and those used to perform your housekeeping duties are in good working condition

* Dispose waste as per company guidelines

* Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

* Carry out lost property procedures as per company policy

* Assist other departments wherever necessary

* Maintain good working relationships with your work colleagues

* All Applicants should be able to work flexible hours on any day of the week with early/late finishes

* Must be able to manage large workloads
