Basic Salary up to £40k with bonus £12,000 – £15,000

MiGrowth are working with a Global Vendor of Laptops/ tablets. We are looking to add to the team as this is a growth role within the business.

We are looking for someone to who can develop strong relationships and build trust with new and existing customers, Communicate with IT Directors, IT Managers/Co-ordinators & purchasers to win opportunities and achieve the company targets, to take ownership of all the activity and sales within each account from top to bottom.

What you will be doing

  • Perform product / sales training for the partners
  • Travel for customer visiting and meetings
  • Undertake Sales and Marketing related administration tasks
  • Propose and setup key strategies within managed products to help grow business
  • Review sales and marketing opportunities within managed accounts

Who we are looking for:

  • 3 years’ experience of working in IT industry preferably in distribution, reseller, or vendor field, with understanding of IT products
  • Experience of making successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Strong organisational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills
  • A proactive, self-starter – able to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team
  • Committed to excellence and high standards
  • Creative, versatile, flexible and an innovative team player willing to work within constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence

Customer Development Manager – FMCG Not for Profit

* Develop enduring and collaborative relationships with your pre-defined group of customers and licensees

* Input to overall commercial strategy and deliver trade channel specific strategy.

* Prepare and maintain all admin associated with account management, including presentations, account plans, contacts, contact reports etc., and to lead the further development of the CRM database. About You Knowledge & Skills * >3 years experience in business development.

* Degree/degree level intellect. * A clear sense of urgency and a doer.

* Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing licensee and stakeholder deliverables

* Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, attention to detail and able to engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels.

A global leader in the construction industry is now seeking a confident Engineering Project manager to join their company with positions throughout England.

What will you be doing?

You will be central to planning and coordinating the program of aggregate engineering projects, based on the needs of the business and finances available to allow the efficient delivery of works and the best financial performance.

Key to the role are the following areas:

Health & Safety: You will be focused on ensuring that all project work and support is compliant to H&S legislation and standards.

Engineering: You will be planning and coordinating and delivering capital engineering projects including new site installations. Managing available funding routes and communication with National Reserves and Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time in an effective manner to meet the requirements of the business and statutory regulations while creating value for the company.

Project Management: You will be implementing departmental use of project management tracking such as smart sheets in order to effectively monitor, manage and report project timelines and budgets and maximise available funding.

Who are you?

  • You will come from a technical engineering background
  • An Engineering Degree is required
  • IT Proficient: Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Smartsheets
  • Experience of working in a multi disciplines engineering environment
  • Experience of communicating with people at all levels
  • Experience of managing tasks and delivering to an agreed timescale and budget.
  • Experience creating business models and developing project budgets
