About the Role:
The Replenishment Stock Controller at our Salad Factory in Evesham will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. This involves managing factory replenishment requirements, maintaining stock databases, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment Management:

  • Calculate factory replenishment requirements.
  • aise, expedite, and amend orders for direct and indirect materials, excluding engineering.
  • Ensure alignment with forecast requirements and contractual terms.

Database Management:

  • Maintain the Vensis database for inbound supply chain, including weight returns, supplier rejections, material disposal, stock profiling levels, and lead times.
  • Transfer product information onto Vensis for all new products.

Inbound Supply Chain:

  • Manage booking in and timed delivery processes.
  • Handle weekly packaging call-offs.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Share relevant information regarding deliveries, delays, rejections, replacements, and shortages with production and commercial colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Raise purchase orders, track, and report ad hoc costs such as specials, couriers, collections, and double drivers.
  • Track and report agreed price reductions driven by yield or quality issues.

Compliance and Forecasting:

  • Ensure appropriate customs clearance and paperwork.
  • Send weekly and monthly forecasts to suppliers as required.
  • Compile scorecard data by supplier for procurement review.

Support and Management:

  • Support the purchase ledger with supplier invoice queries.
  • Manage contract balances and off-site supplier stock holding.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Desired: 12 months’ experience in an administrative or stock controller role, preferably in an FMCG company, or an industrial work placement. – Fully paid induction and training will be provided

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs and deadlines.
