Field Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for our client, for Field Sales Executives. You will be selling a large well known product that has guaranteed buyers. Our client is looking for experienced field sales executives that are wanting to develop a career.

Role and Responsibilities

To represent the nominated brand to prospects at their home location in the most positive and engaging manner to excite, inform and educate the resident on the value of the the product proposition. The product is a crazy selling fibre/broadband with guaranteed buyers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging strangers in conversation.
  • Explaining and convincing the audience of the benefits (as well as the features) of the solution.
  • Positioning the solution in relation to the exact prospects’ needs.
  • Presenting the competitively priced service plans to customers.
  • Planning and scheduling door-to-door routes.
  • Completing all data entry requirements in line with company processes.
  • Filling in forms with customers and completing all administrative tasks.
  • Developing a rapport with prospects and customers.
  • Asking potential customers questions to ascertain their potential needs.
  • Training new sales team members.
  • Complying with all operational and regulatory rules.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of private customer information.
  • Achieve the necessary key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the line manager.
  • Good timekeeping and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in dealing with customer-facing situations (required).
  • Sales experience, Customer service, Negotiation.
  • You must be confident and outgoing.

About us

Hours will be discussed but you will work a basis of minimum 40 hours per week.

This job can suit anyone with the right experience. Willing to discuss this with ANYONE!

Due to the nature of the role you will need access to your own car/vehicle as you will be moving around. £2000 car allowance is included.

The job is target driven, but these targets are realistic and easily achieved. With uncapped bonus included going by each sale made!!

You will be providede with compnay equipment such as mobile phone and laptop during your employment.

Your role of an Optometrist involves

  • Analysing diagnostics

  • Letting the patients know the visual outcome of surgery
  • Listening to how surgery has improved our patients’ lives and find out all the wonderful things they are able to see (and do) again

Details and requirements

  • 5 hours a week over 5 days (part time may be considered)
  • No evenings and only 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Proven post-registration experience of at least 12 months is essential for this role
