We are looking for someone who has ERP /NetSuite experience with managing, and documenting the business requirements documentation throughout the project, maintaining the requirements backlog in project management tools such as (JIRA and ZOHO PM) and driving backlog grooming sessions to align with the implementation plan.
Someone who is familiar with Debugging process through Script Execution Log, SuiteTalk Interface Mapping, and SuiteFlow and related API Governance Configurations and EDI middleware monitoring and analysis experience such as Celigo / Boomi / AWS hosted bespoke software.

The role consists of:
* Partnering with stakeholders & suppliers to identify and document solutions for any gaps in the ERP / EDI platforms
* Assisting the Project Manager and key users with process mapping change management (AS-IS/TO-BE)
* End-to-end project lifecycle Business Scenario management

About the role

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and product teams in all phases of video production to create visually engaging product and promotional videos, as well as on site filming at customer locations to create case studies and support with trade show content.

This is a key role in the Marketing Department and the candidate will be required to collaborate with the designers, to create CG renders/visualisations for digital and print. The candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and work closely with the web, design and product teams to achieve the desired end result

The ideal candidate is likely to have a degree in a related video or editing field and be able to show experience of creating video material preferably in a commercial environment.

Requirements include 2-3 years of experience creating and executing marketing activities and materials to support the brand and its products. Must have a broad understanding across multiple marketing disciplines including web site materials, excellent writing and communication skills, PowerPoint proficiency, and is extremely detailed oriented and able to multi task.

Key Skills & Experience:

Preproduction – scripting, storyboarding and creating shooting schedules
Production – filming live events such as expos, installations and vox pop style interviews
Preproduction – Edit, colour grade, apply graphics and VFX to footage
Experience in colour grading, working with HDR footage and LUTs
Create video projects that are easily versioned for other regions/ languages
Knowledge of codecs for large format display playback
Work with 3D product models to texture, animate and render for use in product videos
Convert 3D models from Cinema 4D to Adobe Dimension
Knowledge of sound design in Adobe Audition is advantageous
Software:

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Aftersales Manager for the Hemel Hempstead area to look after a Main Dealership.

As a Aftersales Manager you will be required to lead a company’s service department to manage customer interactions. Your primary duties include overseeing other members of the service team, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Setting up and maintaining the service desk
Supervising other members of the service delivery team
Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement
Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management
Inspecting rental equipment on return, looking for any damage and returning deposits
You will be responsible for 8 Vehicle Technicians and 3 Service Advisors on site

In return you will receive a basic salary dependong on experience of £40,000 plus bonus & other benefits.
