Our client based in rural Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Event Administrator to help manage and develop relationships with their clients.

Main Duties:

Liaising with clients (in the UK and overseas), photography team and back office team, to help ensure that the clients visits run smoothly and that their production teams feel well supported and clearly briefed.

Job Role –

  • To be clear about what product is required
  • Clients are clear about what to expect, and that they are ready and well prepared for our visit
  • Photography are briefed clearly and accurately,
  • Resource is allocated in a way which allows the jobs to be completed successfully whilst maximising commercial return,
  • Post production team is briefed clearly about any specific requirements the client may have and that they are on track delivering against deadlines
  • Follow up post event commitments with client accurately and promptly
  • Get feedback from client to help learn and improve service
  • Re-book client for future work as far in advance as possible

From time to time you may also need to help organise client visits with other types of organisation (e.g. for commercial photography or charity fundraising events etc)

At certain times of year you may be asked to help support other departments within the company.

WORKING HOURS:

Hours/Day4 hours Saturday 4 hours Sunday

Hours – From9am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

Cleaners are expected to fulfil certain duties and responsibilities. These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets
  • Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters
  • Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
  • Taking out the garbage
  • Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks
  • Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
  • Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and compliance with universal precautions.

Responsibilities

As a Home Manager, you will implement and work in accordance with all aspects of the Statement of Purpose for your home and have a thorough understanding of the regulations and legislation which set the standards within a Children’s Home setting.

You will be an effective partnership builder, working with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people. You will support and offer supervision to staff in line with regulations and ensure that the safeguarding of young people remains at the forefront of practice, and young people remain consulted about the quality of care they receive.

Requirements

You must have recent experience working within the residential sector at registered manager level within a children’s residential service.

A Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent as a minimum

Thorough understanding of the regulations and legislation which set the standards within a Children’s Home setting.

Ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership.

Substantive experience in a Managerial role including supervisory experience.

A Certified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards completing this.

Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Childcare setting.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence
