Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for a Gas Servicing Engineer to complete gas service and repair work across properties located in Middleton and Heywood.
Responsibilities of the Gas Servicing Engineer include:
- Visiting customer’s homes and undertaking service and repair work to gas appliances including cookers, fires and boilers
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
- Utilising a PDA to close and accept jobs
- Completing necessary paperwork in relation to part, material requisitions and orders
Requirements of the Gas Servicing Engineer include:
- UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
- Relevant qualification in plumbing & heating
- Relevant gas tickets
