Answer customer enquiries over the phone & by email
Take and process customer orders
Work closely with the team on all customer service issues, as needed
Providing general administrative support
Working closely with all departments to ensure that the sales processes are running smoothing
Must have knowledge of using Sage
Must have knowledge of using CRM systems
Must have knowledge of using Microsoft package
Strong administration skills
