Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator based with our client in central Loughborough. This role is a permanent position.
The main responsibility of this position is to be the sole resource for all of the business’s recruitment needs. This includes: –
- CV searches on job boards
- Pre-screening interviews
- Qualifying candidates against job roles
- Booking interviews with relevant managers
- Sending offer letters
- Worker checks such as DBS, Right to Work, References
- Onboarding an welcoming
The operating hours of our clients is Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm
You will be working 5 days per week Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are usually every other Saturday but you will have a day off in the week to compensate this).
(Office based – not working from home)
In order to be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role and have extensive experience with sourcing candidates and interviewing as well as worker checks such as DBS, Right to Work and Referencing.
You will be a strong communicator with a bright and enthusiastic work ethic with a confident personality.
You will be a keen worker who is independent, can work on your own initiative and always pushing to be better.
You will ideally be immediately available to start!
£24,000 Basic Salary
