Responsibilities of the Plasterer include:

  • Carrying out all aspects of plastering works to void and tenanted properties
  • Undertaking the following skilled tasks:
    • Removing, refitting and renewing skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units and worktops
    • Removing and refitting wash hand basin, WC pan and cisterns
    • Undertaking all DPC works
    • Undertaking tanking
    • Completing rendering
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Reporting additional repairs and safeguarding concerns
  • Leaving customers’ homes clean and safe
  • Updating your PDA
  • Ordering parts and materials

Requirements of the Plasterer includes:

  • City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering

  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
  • Completing relevant certification to include EICR, minor works and installation certificates.

The Factory Operations manager is recognised at Site No2 and deputises for the Site General Manager in their absence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the timely supply of quality products within budget that meet the customer expectations.
  • To ensure delivery on business objectives both short and long term.
  • To ensure that the Company policies on Health and Safety, and Hygiene are adhered to and to develop the team and processes to continuously improve performance in their areas.

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to join our buying team. The role will report into the Procurement Director and be responsible for Direct ( Ingredients) and some Utilities

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Procurement process, negotiation and vendor management in relevant categories- Egg, dairy, Oils, Butter, Chocolate ec
  • Negotiating, drafting and completing contractual terms for projects and works within the spend Category, in line with key requirements
  • Complete commercial negotiations through to contract award or amendment
  • Own the development of category strategies including research and analysis (spend analysis, make vs. buy, cost benchmarking, risk management & mitigation etc.) to identify category saving opportunities and develop strategic category plans.
  • Undertake the identification & execution of cost avoidance / saving initiatives and develop cost reduction plans
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and establish requirements in relevant categories.
  • Cultivate and manage key supplier relationships for long term strategic positioning where relevant

What we’re looking for
