Together we are looking for as Edu Technology Marketing Manager who will be responsible for
developing, managing, and executing all aspects of the marketing programs focusing on creating awareness, demand, and engagement related to Education’s products and services for prospects & clients across the globe.

Reporting to the CMO, you will work closely with regional sales teams and the other members of the central marketing team to develop, align, and execute on go-to-market activities, pipeline contribution, and tracking the results of the marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, customer-centric marketer with the ability to create compelling messages for different target audiences. This person will employ marketing best practices, scalability, and develop innovative ideas to drive demand

What you will be doing
* Managing the annual marketing plan, working with the CMO, marketing colleagues, sales teams, education consultants, renewal team and partners
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that cover various channels including digital, events, partnerships, direct mail, email, content, and more that deliver measurable ROI
* Collaborating effectively to perform enablement activities, marketing automation, and full-funnel activities that nurture leads and promote closings.
* Becoming fluent in the marketplace dynamics, client segment needs, roles, and personas and developing and helping to execute scalable marketing activities based on this client-centric and segmented approach.
* Utilising reports and analysis to support marketing key performance indicators such as lead generation, lead follow-up, and lead conversion

Who we are looking for
* University degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication,
* Marketing experience working in educational technology (Preferably SAAS) but will look at Hardware Technology
* Proven track record of driving successful positioning and content strategy for marketing programs across multiple markets
* Strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritise, be detail-oriented, data-driven, and consistently meet deadlines
* Proactive communicator with a track record of strong teamwork and collaboration with all levels in an organisation
* Experience managing and operating field events and exhibitions
* Experience managing digital programs and campaigns
* Excellent writing, proof-reading, copywriting, and editing skills
* Ability to travel as required

Together we are looking for as Edu Technology Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring new and existing community of UK user schools within MATS, Primary , HE, FE are supported to maximise their use of the company’s products and services.

As the new Sales Manager you will work cohesively with all parts of the organisation to support schools by delivering refresher training, new product and feature demonstrations, sharing best practise, demonstrations and lead generation of complimentary products in the company portfolio.

What you will be doing

Manage a small team of 3 Internal Business Development Manager qualifying leads
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with education prospects
Effectively communicate the value proposition to schools to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement
Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Establish key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider education sector
Ensure Schools are aware of the latest features and benefits to drive account growth
Use internal CRM to log all activity and identify key opportunities

Who we are looking for
* A dynamic, proactive approach to working with schools, quickly addressing their needs, and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly.
* Proven ability to grow accounts through increased engagement and to identify upsell opportunities
* Experience and network within the Education Industry is a must!

independent service Centre Manager

Our client an Independent Service and Mot centre is looking looking for a Service Centre manager to manage the day to day running of the business in Reading

Working in conjunction with an assistant manager qualified motor trade technicians and the area manager to achieve targets and excel in customer service.

You will maintain the workflow through the business to maximise the workshop and keep the technicians busy. A hands on approach is key

Manage the day to day ordering of parts and consumables, making sure the parts are always ready and available
You must have a train and retain ethos to coach the team.

The business is open 6 days a week and the whole team works on a rota basis including Saturdays. Working a 5 day week having a day off in the week as saturday is a working day

Motor trade experience is essential for this role and would suit someone with a Motor trade technician background. A technician that is looking to take the 1st step into management a service manager or workshop controller looking to escape the dealer network politics.

Must hold a full uk driving licence

As a Centre manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary which depends on experience between £35000 to £38000 plus a centre bonus for achieving set budgets.

Technician / Mot tester

We are looking for a Vehicle technician / Mot Tester for our Reading Site.

As a Vehicle Technician / Mot Tester you will need to have a good understanding of mechanics and a good attitude to work

We want to train and develop you to be as good as you can be. You must have a minimum certification of Level 2 in light vehicle repair and live mot card

Full Uk driving licence preferably clean but definitely with no previous bans. Own tools.

You will have Local service centre / privately owned garage or main dealer experience. As a Experienced tech you be replacing clutches, cambelts doing A/c re gassing changing tyres and brakes and doing routine servicing. A good all rounder and must be a team player.

Able to work on own initiative but not afraid to ask for help. The teams works on a Saturday rota so if you work a Saturday then you will get a day off in the week, but no Sunday working.

In return we offer a salary upto £28000 for a Level 3 and £30000 for a level 3 with Mot card depending on experience. Level 2 salary will be discussed at interview and again is dependant on your experience

* Experience Business and Account Development in the B2B side
* Willingness to travel frequently in the region;
* Familiar with channel B2B structure preferably with IT, AV products and display industry;

What you will be doing
* Responsible for creating and executing a sales plan, education (90%) and corporate (10%);
* Develop, expand and manage a network of resellers in the UK (South);
* You are the contact person for our resellers;
* You identify, train, support, respond to, and motivate our resellers;
* You assist resellers in responding to end-user requirements and applications and recommend appropriate solutions;
* You will hunt for new business and have a constant focus on expanding your funnel;
* You develop an account plan and organize activities to achieve growth;
* Continued follow-up of sales prospects (weekly reporting/forecast is required);
* You will learn our products and solutions inside out enabling you to give mind-blowing demo’s that convince your audience;
