Shifts: Monday to Friday (Dayshift, Backshift) Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Availability)
Pay Rate: £11.44 – £12.00 per hour

Major Recruitment are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our clients team in Linwood. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks in the production process, ensuring our clients products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
– Operate machinery and equipment in the production line efficiently and safely.
– Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

– Flexibility to work on different shifts as required (Dayshift, Backshift, or Nightshift).
– Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
– Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
