We are recruiting for a Cleaner for our client based in East Kilbride, Glasgow on an ongoing long-term temporary basis.

This will be to clean office areas & communal areas. Monday – Friday working hours.

Competitive hourly rate and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do
Carry out daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting across office areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces.
Empty bins, manage recycling, and ensure waste is disposed of responsibly.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces such as door handles, desks, and shared equipment.
Restock essential supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator for our client in East Kilbride.

Duties:

* Collating and checking of all required products for each assigned
delivery out of location
* Booking appropriate transport via 3rd Party carriers
* Ensuring that goods checking process is completed and auditable
* Managing of Returned items – uploading data to CRM system
* Booking next day dispatches on to Next Day carrier booking system
(FedEx/ Pallex etc.)
* Safely Loading In house and sub-contracted vehicles with correct
product, fixings and paperwork for each dispatch
* Checking goods on arrival from other manufacture locations to
ensure accuracy
* Updating Tetris system with required details
* Packing items safely for dispatch on other 3rd party carriers
* Labelling goods

  • Monday to Wednesday: 06:30am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 06:30am – 3:00pm

About the Role
Major Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and organised Logistics Co-Ordinator to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with logistics experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collating and checking products for daily dispatch
  • Booking transport with third-party carriers (e.g. next-day delivery services)
  • Ensuring all goods are checked accurately and processes are auditable
  • Managing returned items and updating internal systems
  • Preparing and booking next-day dispatches
  • Safely loading vehicles with correct products and documentation
  • Checking inbound goods for accuracy
  • Updating internal systems with logistics data
  • Packing and labelling goods for dispatch

Additional Duties

  • Assisting with local deliveries and collections
  • Supporting yard operations
  • Assisting in the factory when required
  • Stock management duties

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous logistics or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of safe loading and manual handling practices
  • Understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Experience with route planning and vehicle selection (desirable)
