Night Hygiene Operatives- Halesworth

Free Transport Provided from Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft

Major recruitment is recruiting Night Shift Hygiene Operatives to work for our client in Holton site near Halesworth, Suffolk.

You will be required to work 1800 – 0600 hours on a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern or Monday to Friday 2200-0600

Rate of pay £13.04 per hour, overtimes £19.56 per hour

You don’t need to have experience as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strict hygiene standards in all production areas
  • Completion of all relevant checklists and hygiene documentation and reporting any non-conformances
  • Adhere to the cleaning schedule and ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Paying full attention to Health & Safety requirements
  • Use chemicals and apparatus in correct manner, adhering to user manuals and safe systems of work at all times
  • Ensure all Health & Safety policies and Company procedures are followed correctly

We’re Hiring: Production Operative
Location: Eye
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30
Job Type: Full-time

Our client is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working Production Operatives to join the team!

This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the manufacturing and packing of food ingredients
  • Operating machinery and following production processes
  • Ensuring high hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
  • Keeping your work area clean and organised
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets
  • Heavy lifting (25kg)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience (advantageous, not essential)
  • A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Able to work on your feet in a physical role
