Our client is a well-established, multi-site, food manufacturer based in the heart of North Yorkshire. Based across their sites, they have seen impressive growth year on year, with further growth plans for 2022/2023. They supply their products into brand named manufacturers that supplies most retailers in the UK. An opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis at their Thirsk site.

This opportunity as a Facilities Administrator , gives you the chance to work with one of the most successful food manufacturers in the region.

Facilities Administrator Duties:

  • Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
  • To ensure all goods on site either Office Supplies & Production PPE are maintained on site by ordering through various suppliers.
  • Keeping a record of all Service agreements, and update thereof.
  • Some other general admin duties

Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP is a requirement to raise Purchase requisition orders.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Must be punctual
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Communicates effectively on all levels
  • Professional attitude to work
  • Able to work with own initiative
