My client a Main franchised dealer is looking for you to join their team in the Nuneaton west midlands area

You must be a customer centric affable person with knowledge of customer service. Motor trade experience not essential but preffered

Experienced doing a similar role in or outside the motor trade is essential for this role.

Full uk driving licence reliable car are also essential.

This is a full time role covering Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm witha 1 hour lunch break and Saturday mornings on a team rota working 1 in 3

Basic salary is £23000 to £26000 depending on experience with a ote of £29000 – £32000 including bonus

Service Manager

Service Manager – Warwick

Must have main dealer franchise service department experience. You maybe a Senior service advisor looking for the 1st step into management or a current service manager looking for fresh challenge

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience circa £32, – £35,000 basic plus bonus

We are a very busy main dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to run their service department.

Role and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations

Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction

To challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff

Manage, coach and motivate your team to build long-term staff potential progression

Review Service KPIs on a regular basis to track / monitor performance

Working closely with the manufacturer franchise area manager to maintain dealer standards

Monitoring performance against agreed targets / budgets

Senior Commercial Manager – OOH/ Foodservice

This role is responsible for managing 2 Major customers-Pret and a QSR Build and site relationships to support our growth plans with current live customers and our new business pipeline.

Main Duties / responsibilities /outputs

  • Supporting the Customer Director with ensuring excellence at all touch points with key customers

Motor Trade Service Advisor

Our Motor trade franchised client is looking for a candidate to be front of house Service advisor for their service department in Warwick

The ideal candidate will need to have knowledge the Service department and worked in a motor trade dealership setting to be considered. You must hold a full Uk driving licence and reliable transport

Our client can offer a competitive salary which depends on relative experience. Circa £24000 £25,000

Working hours will be 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota.

Knowledge of Kerridge 1 link and the Mfl system is a distinct advantage

You will form part of a small tight knit team who all pull together. There will be in house and manufacturer training available for the right candidate.

Mail Sorters

We are currently recruiting Mail and Parcel Sorters for our client in Atherstone.

There are various shifts available including,

06:00 – 14:00 – £11.78 p/h Mon – Sat

14:00 – 22:00 – £13.11 p/h Mon – Sat

Please note 16 and 17 year olds are accepted enquire within for pay rates.

Sundays are paid at enhanced rates between £17.73 and £20.23

You can work full time or part time hours to suit !

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage although not essential, immediate starts are available subject to application and security checks.
