General Duties:
Provide billing support and information to their customer base via telephone calls, email and letter.
Responding to customer requests to modify or upgrade their services.
Provide technical advice and diagnostics to our customers via telephone, email and remote assistance.
Using various technical systems and portals to find crucial information to relay to the customer in a manner that is understandable to them.
Writing clear and concise note information within systems.
Raising and escalating tasks/tickets.

Necessary Qualities:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proven experience using computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable Qualities:
Experience working in a previous customer support role.
Good knowledge of telecommunication systems, broadband technology, routers and networking.

Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Service Advisor for our clients Main Dealership based in Watford.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be required to carry out various duties and responsibilities for the car dealership and its customers. Your main role is in a customer services capacity, ensuring that the dealership’s customers are satisfied with the services they receive.

Service Advisors responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and explaining the services that the car dealership offers them
Listening and documenting customers’ car problems and passing the information to the mechanics
Consulting with mechanics about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary)
Liaising with customers and mechanics to schedule car check-ups and service appointments
Advising customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
Estimating car repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed
Finding new customers and marketing the car dealership services to them
Testing drive cars to confirm repairs have been done correctly
Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered

Skills & Requirements

You should have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that will enable you to be able to complete your duties, these include:

Mechanical engineering skills to enable them to understand car problems, when customers and mechanics explain them
Writing and accounting skills
Communication and comprehension skills
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Multitasking skills
Ability to quickly troubleshoot car problems and explain the possible solutions to customers.

Time-management skills

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturdays 8:30am -12:30pm (Every Other)

Basic Salary:

£25,000/£28,000 Per Annum

Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician’s for our clients Main Dealership based in Watford. You don’t need to have come from a Main Dealership as my client will also look at candidates who are from an Independent or Self Employed background.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work
Discussing required repairs with customers
Calculating the expected time and cost of vehicle work
Repairing or replacing components as required
Road testing vehicles to test repair work
Fitting and servicing vehicle accessories, including immobilisers, alarms and stereos
Performing service checks
Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, as required
Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

Basic Salary:

£30,000/£37,000 Per Annum (Dependent on Experience)

Working Hours:

8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm
