Major Recruitment is looking for a Business Implementation Co-ordinator to start work as a Business Implementation Co-ordinator.

The Business Implementation Co-ordinator will need to have worked in a similar position as experience as a Business Implementation Co-ordinator is essential.

Day to Day Duties of the Business Implementation Co-ordinator-

  • To assist in the onboarding stage, transitioning clients from Sales Execs and BDMs to the Service team
  • Monitor customer compliance with Export documentation to facilitate error-free Customs processing; assistance and guidance with Dachser requirements for Customs documents
  • Assist Sales and Service in the creation of standard operating procedures for customers
  • Helping resolve Customs issues for new customers, including facilitating relationships with Agents to optimise the transit flow
  • Translate, analyse and interpret customer requirements into effective operations and service procedures and advise regarding SLAs for customers
  • To record, using appropriate systems, a contemporary customer profile and a historical record for transparency internally
  • To record accurately all actions taken so that they can be reviewed and analysed
