Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for multiple Multi Skilled Operative’s to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
- Carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance within residential properties, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, general repairs and other works in line with individual skillsets.
- Complete mould treatment and associated remedial works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Awaab’s Law.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, keeping residents informed and updated throughout the progress of works.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulatory and technical standards, organisational procedures and customer expectations.
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
