Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Assistant for a social provider in Leeds.
Responsibilities of the Housing Assistant includes:
- Taking calls from social housing tenants regarding housing queries
- Advising on rents, anti-social behaviour, lettings and repairs
- Ensuring accurate call logs are maintained
- Effectively handling complaints
