Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Officer on a temporary basis, which could lead to a permanent position for an organisation to assist in the management of the referral process.
Duties of the Referrals Officer role will include, but is not limited to:
- Assist in the management of the referral process within the project to achieve agreed occupancy/target levels
- Provide information and advice about Welfare Benefits and Housing Benefit
- Assess needs of tenants and the provision of equipment/facilities
- Liaise with tenants
- Work alongside other departments and services
Essential Requirements for the Referrals Officer:
