Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Plumber on a temporary to permanent basis on their day-to-day repairs team.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber include:
- Carrying out all aspects of general repair and maintenance work surrounding plumbing
- Unblocking sani-flow systems and whale gulper pumps in wet-rooms
- Maintaining vented hot water cylinders and measuring up for replacements
- Renewing tiles, flooring and worktops
- Painting walls
- Patch plastering
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
- Reporting additional repairs and safeguarding concerns
- Leaving customers’ homes clean and safe
- Updating your PDA
- Ordering parts and materials
Requirements of the Multi Skilled Plumber includes:
- City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
- UK Driving License
- Basic skills within a secondary trade
