Hamilton Woods Associates are recruiting for a Housing Officer to cover a busy period for a local housing association. The role will mainly require the completion of tenancy audit inspections and scheme audit inspections, across their stock in Bolton, Stockport and Tameside.
Key Responsibilities of the Housing Officer:
- Conducting tenancy and scheme inspections
- Liaising with tenants with regards to access to properties
- Updating case management systems
- Providing advice on general housing management enquiries
Requirements of the Housing Officer:
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
