Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for multiple Multi Skilled Operative’s to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:

  • Carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance within residential properties, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, general repairs and other works in line with individual skillsets.
  • Complete mould treatment and associated remedial works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with Awaab’s Law.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, keeping residents informed and updated throughout the progress of works.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulatory and technical standards, organisational procedures and customer expectations.

Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in the Accrington area, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:

  • Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining van stock
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers’ homes

Essential criteria of the Plasterer includes:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Previous social housing experience
  • NVQ Level 2 is desirable
