Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join an organisation on a fixed term contract for 12 – 14 months to provide a specialist tenancy support service to those customers at high risk of tenancy failure.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Tenancy Sustainment Officer:

  • Signpost and make referrals to eternal agencies that can offer support or other solutions to high-risk customers
  • Develop support plans for customers
  • Manage own case load
  • Provide customers with advice to help them sustain their tenancies including accessing welfare benefits
  • Assist with pre-tenancy income checks

Essential Requirements of the Tenancy Sustainment Officer:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Home Ownership Advisor

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Advisor to work within the Home Ownership Service on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Advisor:

  • Raise repairs and defects
  • Assist with the collection of outstanding rent and service charge payments for Shared Owners and Leaseholders
  • Signpost individuals to third party financial guidance with the aim to try and avoid arrears of more than 6 months
  • Respond to queries and complaints in line with procedures including resolution of ASB issues where they involve or affect a shared owner or leaseholder

Essential Requirements of the Home Ownership Advisor:

  • Experience of Leasehold or Property Management
  • Understanding property and management legal contracts, terms and conditions
  • IT literate
